Characteristics

Critical chance & critical damage: A good way to upgrade his low damage attacks is by increasing the chances of dealing critical damage, ideally in a more frequent sequence.

Chance to deal more attacks: Another good way to upgrade his low damage attacks is by increasing the total amount of attacks that he can potentially perform. This strategy could work better with abilities that trigger effects on each hit.

Dodge/stealth: Infiltrator could be the most vulnerable character in game; thus his survivability relies on tricky actions like dodge enemy attacks and going in a stealth mode that makes him un-targetable for a while.

Status effects: The Infiltrator could be working in the most efficient way with all status effects. His aggression effectiveness could rely a lot on them.
